Delivery Charges- UK

Insured parcel, order value up to £100  £5

Insured parcel, order value up to £100.01 to £200  £7

Insured parcel, order value up to £200.01 to £350  £10

Insured parcel, order value over £350.01 to £500  £12

For orders over £500, please choose the "Pick Up" option and we will contact you to advise on precise costing.

International

For orders placed from outside of the UK prices will exclude VAT. Please choose the "Pick Up" option and at checkout select “Bank Deposit”. No payment will be taken at this time but your order will be secured. We will contact you to to confirm your order value excluding VAT and advise on precise shipping and insurance costs. We regret that due to the difficulties with shipping we are not offering delivery to the Republic of Ireland at this time.

Delivery

Click and Collect in Store

Maya Maya provides a collect in store option. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after it is placed (during store opening hours). If you require this option, please use it at check out. We will hold any collection orders for 3 days from the order date in the store.

Parcels

Parcels are delivered via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and signed for post and should arrive between 1- 3 working days of dispatch. Royal Mail will provide a tracking number and will also email delivery updates to you. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you want to return any items, they must be returned, unworn and with labels intact within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as this may be requested by us in the case of dispute. All goods will be inspected on return.  We will then send you an email as soon as we have verified that the goods are in their original condition and the return has been accepted.

The cost of the return is your responsibility and liability for returning items is with the sender. Therefore, please package and send items securely. We recommend that you send items 'to be signed for' and with appropriate insurance in the case of high value items.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
